“Had a large online order during a busy summer and everything was correct! The young man working the counter, I’m not sure his name (this was Wednesday, June 8th) he was so nice and accommodating. Food was fresh and entire order was correct.“

“I think the notion of Pizza Hut makes most of us feel nostalgic. My husband and I were pleased To learn after years, Pizza Hut hasn’t lost its magical recipes. Cheese sticks are still amazing! Our server was absolutely outstanding, a lovely young woman who was charming and radiated optimism. Definitely recommend if you’d like a quiet dinner on the islands with something that is familiar tasting.“

“5 stars to Karina! I ordered our dinner here yesterday. We were completely wiped out from traveling all day and wanted to eat at a place that was quick, clean, efficient. But did not know we will get all of these and more. Karina was super friendly, greeted us with a happy smile, understood our order and prepared it with care fairly quickly. It was just what we needed! I would recommend this place 100%. Thanks Karina, keep up the good work!!

“Thank you too two McDonald’s employees who were nice enough to check if Hello Kitty x Godzilla #’s 5 and 6 were available at their store. It is a popular toy right now and those have not been in stores in Harlingen, San Benito, or Brownsville. We drove to enjoy a lunch at the Island for my daughter’s birthday and we figured we’d stop and ask kindly as we understand its a popular toy right and they are probably getting a lot of request. We purchased two happy meals. Thanks guys for not making a fuzz about it and kindly checking. The lady with braces however was very cold and annoyed just taking our order. I tried to make small talk with her in Spanish since she spoke Spanish to me when taking my order but she was cold. Yikes. Haha. But thanks guys for doing something so simple to make a customer happy. ♥“

“Just wanted to come on here and commend a Mr. Gael that was working at the front counter on Thursday June 4th. Outstanding customer service and the restaurant is very blessed to have someone like him on their team. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you for making mine and my family’s night the cherry on top with excellent customer service! That is all.“
