Mrs Juanita customer service is outstanding and the cake was beautiful and I heard delicious my mother loved it. Paid for it over the phone and the lady send me a picture of the cake I would definitely use her again.“
“Don't listen to the Karen review!We got the carrot cake and the cheesecake tortuga. Both were excellent. The cake was moist and not too sweet, the cheesecake had great texture. The lady at the front was nice and offered us samples of the tropical cake. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again!“
“I went in today on a very busy day and both the managers and the guest service representatives took their time to explain everything to me about their cakes and decorations. I ended getting their future flavored, oreo, and it was absolutely delicious. The frosting and presentation were absolutely incredible. Loved everything about this place and I highly recommend coming here.“
“Love the selection of ice cream they have here. The menu can be overwhelming at first. We hadn't been there in a while. The ice cream is so creamy and flavorful. It's complimented by the toppings u can add to it. The employee mixes all the selected toppings together right in front of you. It's very fun to watch. You can choose a waffle cone, waffle bowl, or just a cup in several sizes. There was only one table that sits 4 people and 2 tables that sit 2, so we were 4, and the table was taken, so we had to sit separate from each other so that wasn't fun. Overall the it was amazing!“
“I ordered a cake from Linda's per the birthday girl's request... The lady who helped me on the phone was friendly and professional. When I got to the shop, it was clean and cute with all kinds of goodies available for purchase. Later that evening, I got to actually taste the cake... I only thought I had had good cake before! The cake was light, fluffy, and soft with the perfect amount of icing... just heavenly! No more grocery store cakes for me!“
“Food is so good! I can’t say I’m someone that actively looks for healthier options but I saw their food menu and it looked delicious! (I’m someone that need pictures of food to decide what I want and they have pics of everything which is amazing) The woman that took our order, I believe her name is Gina, was beyond helpful and hospitable. We had the Cuban, Italian and the lox and everything was delicious. The store is also really aesthetically pleasing and very clean, and they had free mimosas!!! We didn’t take any photos of our food because we ate it too quickly, we will definitely be back!“
