Amazing place.

I was looking for something healthy to eat and kailani was the place.

Service was really good.
Lovely place, will definitely come back.

It doesn't matter how good it is.
They have TERRIBLE customer service.
After being waiting for 8 minutes and being asked to wait for just 1 or 2 minutes.
The guy said it will take me 15 minutes more just to take your oder because we give priority to online orders.

Picking up an order here always takes forever even though the food is already prepared it always takes more than 15 min wait just to pick an order

Food is good. But EVERY single time I go, the girls are so rude and are annoyed of doing the job they applied for.

The food is amazing never have had a bad meal. Everything is super fresh. Love the employees they were so kind. I cam.in yesterday around 1 o'clock. I was so happy with my experience.

this restaurant is one of the most beautiful in brownsville without a doubt. the restrooms, dining area, tables, are all so clean. the aesthetic is wonderful, so it easily matches how wonderful the food is! this place offers a big variety of options, premade bowls and burritos, the ability to make your own, etc. they don’t offer too many beverage options, but i really enjoyed their house made drinks! the service was excellent, there was no wait, and i was very comfortable the entire experience. the food of course, was lovely. i ordered the sushi burrito and i fell in love! i really love the vegan options they offer as well. overall, a total hidden gem. if you want to visit somewhere delicious and quick, come here!

This is such an amazing healthy and delicious option if you want something different that can accommodate to different lifestyles. Since you enter the staff is friendly and the place is impeccable I highly recommend to play around with the poke bowls, the hot burrito, and the ramen! This place also has a variety of drinks and additional snacks available! Support locally owned businesses like Kailani! 100/100!

Lovely place!

I really Loved it. The food was great. There aren’t a lot of inspired authentic asian restaurants here in Brownsville and food this one recommended by a co-worker, and let me tell you it was great. Great atmosphere, great vibes, nice staff, will definitely come back again. Totally recommend it.

Ramen is really delicious.

They aren’t many great Asian inspired restaurants in Brownsville. Found this one and decided to try it and it’s super good !!
I got the California bowl and my buddy got the Spicy Ramen noodles with pork. Both were super goooood!! I was amazed at the size, its huge bowl fill up all the way up..most restaurants nowadays give you smaller portions of everything but not here.
Also the ingredients look fresh and it taste delicious. It costs around 13 bucks per bowl, it’s super full and you come out satisfied. Plus the staff is super friendly there !! Highly recommended !! Will surely come again and my new favorite, “hidden” spot for a satisfying meal. Thank you !!

Kailani & Fit Bowl! So good!

It feels inappropriate to request a 10%, 15%, or 20% tip on an order where the customer places the order while standing at the counter. A tip jar would be more suitable in this context. Asking for a modest, flat dollar amount as a tip seems more reasonable.

Typically, businesses implement these practices as a way to offset the lack of a livable wage for their employees. I hope that is not the case here.

The food was decent, though slightly overpriced at $40 for three poke bowls. Not a big portion. While the restaurant had a charming aesthetic, for a bit more, I could have taken my family out for a full hibachi dining experience.
