Placed an order through the phone for pickup and when we went to pick it up there was a group of employees just standing , chit chatting , doing nothing, asked about picking up an order and a lady said Karina would help me, but Karina seemed the only one to be working , gave her a tip, for helping. Another employee rolles her eyes at me, just overall bad customer service

we love Big Daddy's we go once a week. I know the menu by heart. Food is amazing! The manager and staff are great!!! We feel like family every time we go.

While some dishes like the machacado taco and steak/egg were delicious, others like the menudo lacked flavor. The place can get busy, especially during peak times, so visitors should be prepared to wait. The coffee is excellent, and fountain drinks are large. Parking is limited as the lot is shared with other businesses. Despite occasional slow service, it remains one of the best spots in Brownsville. The restaurant provides a welcoming environment where customers can enjoy good food without feeling discriminated against. The staff is generally attentive, and prices are a bit higher, but many find the quality food and service worth it.
