Interesting experience!

icecream and fish waffle were okay but boba drinks had NO flavor ordered a macha and taro! cashier looked tired!! was expecting better experience in this place :/

love the variety provided in this establishment. So many options to choose from but luckily the worker laisha helped me form the best meal.Really sweet girl. I recommend yall try the buldak bombs…to die for!!

The whole experience was new for me. Took a little to understand how to cook the food. The worker at the counter offered to help but I wanted to try on my own. I read the instructions and my noodles came out awesome. It was delicious. Never made a bowl using a hot plate. Definitely going to go back again. Also got to see Taiyaki being made and they tasted delicious afterwards. Definitely recommend anyone stop by for lunch.

Beautiful place to relax and eat I came here with my family and we were taken care of right away, the young lady that works there is very kind and respectful and they’re noodles are top notch will definitely be coming back.

Awesome experience.

It's noodle packs, but the selection and cooking process is very novel and fun. My wife and I paid $12 for a meal for two, very reasonable. While they're definitely making a killing on sales, this place is no means expensive. The menu took a minute to understand but is very reasonable and the staff is kind and will answer any questions graciously. You can very easily ask if you do not understand the simple menu explaining what items are premium addons and what items are classic addons. There is even a price listing. Ignore other reviews claiming that they have blurry pricelines around premium and classic addons.

They play American music, which defied my expectations a little bit, so I lowered my atmosphere rating to 4 stars.

We had a lot of fun here. Great for groups or dates, or just a slow moment of peace after work.

This place is so fun!! Went for lunch on a Friday and got a discount! Making the noodles was so fun, I got cheese buldak with cheese and a raw egg as a topping and it was so tasty! My husband got cheese buldak with sausage and cheese. We paid $12 for both of us! Pricing seemed very fair for everything. Definitely will be back. ❤️

Interesting place to go to if you’re looking to cook your ramen somewhere other than your house. The service could’ve been a tad bit better in my opinion. The pancake filled fish cake shaped deserts was pretty creative but, overall decent. If you’re looking for a different experience in dining I do recommend checking this spot out. Especially if you’re into anime.

Service is horrendous, everything is overpriced and the food/desserts are mid at best. Save yourself the bad experience and try something else. Menu photos don’t match the product.

used to be good. the atmosphere has changed for the worst lately. staff is very uninviting and i honestly could not get out of there fast enough.

it saddens me to leave this review but its truly been a dull experience these past couple times ive tried visiting. this place used to be good, the service was great, the atmosphere was fun, and though the food was a bit overpriced at times, it was worth it. not sure what it is now but the customer service is absolutely horrible now. the cashiers have always looked miserable these past times ive visited and aren't helpful like the last ones.if you had visited before whatever happened to this place, youd know how different the atmosphere is from the second you walk through that door. shame whats happened to this place, cant say i see myself coming back to kokoro and will have to find something better than this ex-gem. very disappointed.

horrible customer service. this used to be my go to spot when the people were friendly but my recent visits have been terrible. cashiers with frowns and monotone voices giving looks at anything you add to your meal and the variety isnt even good with overpriced ice cream and ramen barely in stock.
