Always a nice atmosphere, we were seated. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, our waiter was friendly. We decided to order the arrachera. It arrived. Tough, consistency of bubble gum. We expressed our disappointment. The waiter offered to bring us a free flan to split instead. We declined the offer. We paid our bill and left.. We have heard other stories similar to ours.
