I have fond memories of this place because it was a treat I enjoyed with our older kids that have since grown up. My wife and I stopped by today and unfortunately it wasn't good. The waffle cup was stale in some places and also a bit overdone in others. The cheesecake ice cream was also just okay. We most likely will not come back.
Hadn't been here in a while and the menu has completely changed, its just basic flavors with a decent selection of toppings. Ice cream is way too sweet and a bit pricey. I ordered 3 smalls and it was still huge (looked like a large) and it was just under $20.

What sold me was how friendly the one employee was she had a cheerful smile and told me how unlike cold stone creamery they don't charge for extra toppings and how everything is made.
I would definitely suggest the manager to give kudos to her and encourage the other girl and lady to be as friendly to increase sells.
