I go to this location daily...i always order the same thing...2 double cheeseburgers.. JUST THE MEAT AND CHEESE because it is for my dog. And they always add tons of onions. I have repeatedly told themdogs cannot have onions. And there is no phone to call..it has been out of service for months!!!!!

My burger had no bacon and I asked for some and all of my drinks tastes just like water and the fries are stale do not recommend
I always have some issue with this specific McDonald's location. The workers are rude sometimes and always forget something from my order. If you plan on going to this one, expect one of the 2 to happen. However, the area is clean and not usually busy so it's a good spot if you don't mind errors with your order. Personally, I'd prefer to drive the extra mile to go to the next nearest location that hasn't done me wrong so far!

The same thing always happens to me at this McDonald's on the soutmos, both the cashier and the one who gave me the food were very arrogant when serving me, very reluctantly, they gave me my incomplete order, I couldn't find my receipt and although it appeared on the screen they wanted the receipt, they didn't want to give me toppings, only two per order and I had several orders, they didn't want to give me the combo glass because I paid at the kiosk and Mr. didn't attend to the cashier, so why do they have them, lousy service.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Brownsville. They constantly get your orders wrong and it takes forever in the line. I just waited 20 minutes in a line with two cars in front of me. They got my order wrong. When they gave me my new order correctly made it was cold and the cheese and the burger was unmelted. So basically A cold burger

Food is always hot fresh even when they're super busy everybody obviously does their part because it is not busy long I don't think I've ever had a way longer than just 10 maybe 15 minutes for an order and that's like at the most I really appreciate this McDonald's.
