The Village at La Scala

I ordered a small hand tossed Hawaiian pizza. I noticed within the first bite half the pizza dough was raw. Called back and asked them to fix it. The lady that helped me told me that some people get confused with it being raw because of how much cheese they put. I told her I also thought it was the cheese until I noticed the dough was sticking to my fingers. She apologized and gave me a new one. The new pizza was smaller than my original one, thin crust when I ordered hand tossed and was super crispy. I asked for a cooked pizza not a burnt one. Probably won't be back.

The place is nicely decorated and clean. The waitress was very polite and the food came out quick and hot. The taste was very good. The restrooms were very clean.

Servers are nice and the music is great.

I’m taking off stars because omg they charge the to-go foam box 🤦‍♀️ not to mention the $3 for a standard bottle of water 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ jeez. The food was okay. But seriously guys, finish your food in the restaurant or take your own container to bring left overs home.

Food is very good and costs a very fair price. This place is very nice and quiet so it's very nice to have a good talk without having music being blasted lmao. Service is never bad and this is honestly one of my favorite places here at bville because of how nice it is in general.

Stuffed shells🤤

The atmosphere is very relaxing. Cute decor, big band style music playing, the server was very friendly. Sauces for all the dishes were savory and well seasoned each delicious for it's type. The bread sticks were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only downside and reason for the low score was because I found a piece of foil paper in my food, the server was apologetic and advised me she told the owner about this that was in back. I would have came out to personally apologize if I were the owner. I didn't ask for anything I didn't expect anything and told her it was no big deal I feel like I handled it a lot better than most people would. That being said I thought I had not taken a picture of the foil but the picture I took of my food actually has it sitting right on top. Overall the food was great but because of that foil paper and lack of care from the owner I would be wary of going back. Actions speak louder than words and i got neither from the owner. If they would have come out and apologized I wouldn't have mentioned this at all. Great food but inspect your plates!

such a cute spot for dates! my bf and i loved the customer service ! Our waitress was so funny and spaghetti was very filling! 10/10 will go again 🫶🏻

Not a bad place to eat at the beginning looked upscale.. its not .. nice place inside. Ordered chicken Primavera good taste, good portion for the price. Good bread sticks. Not a five cause drinks were served in a bottle with a to go cup.. which made it awkward.. service was not great for only having 2 tables.. no napkins and small things need to be looked at such as maybe when you drop off food ask if we need parmesean or any other seasoning? Waitress needs to come after just to see how food taste or we need anything after you drop off food.

This is my husbands and I go to spot. Amazing food, affordable, the service it’s great and they’re super welcoming. It’s perfect for family and dates. Totally recommend this restaurant!!

The food is great but since they moved from location it hasn’t been the same, the customer service from the lady that’s always there has changed a lot so the customer service sucks and I recently ordered for take out and I ordered a large pizza with a lasagna and when they gave me the pizza it looked like the small lol and I paid like 40 dollars but oh well not coming back again lack of customer service and this it just disappoints me as this was one of my favorite spots.

A lovely Italian restaurant, I loved that they actually played Italian music and not your typical mexican music.
