Pizza Hut in Brownsville

“Fast friendly service. I ordered ahead from the PizzaHut app and when I got to restaurant it was ready to go. I didn't even have to get out of my truck. :)
I like ordering from the app so that I don't have to wait in line, but sometimes it happens that you get to the restaurant and still have to wait 15-30 minutes there.“

“This pizza hut is pretty good can't say the same for a couple others.. I was turned off of pizza hut for a long time because the quality was slipping and the pizza crust was tasting kinda like the metal pans they make em with. But this location has been really good.“

“The service we had at this Pizza Hut was incredible. We got seated immediately and the waitress was incredible. She checked on us regularly throughout our visit, was friendly, and even recommended us good deals! I didn’t quite catch her name, but she honestly really does deserve a bonus or a raise, awesome girl. The food itself was really good, it didn’t even taste like Pizza Hut! The cheese melted amazingly, the breadsticks were so gooey and the wings were so flavorful. I was really happy with everything, honestly. I will be coming here often, especially since after you dine in a certain amount of times: you earn a free pizza! Perfection.“

“If you want great customer service experience go directly to nicolas we asked for his name because on how well he treated us Saturday night. he gave us an amazing deal called the “Big Dinner Box” we always ordered with little Cesars, Pizza patron, etc we wanted to try something different. “We had an amazing dine-in experience at Pizza Hut in Brownsville on Mother’s Day (5/11 at 6pm). From the moment we walked in, the entire team greeted us with a loud, warm, and energetic welcome—it instantly set the tone for a great evening. The staff worked together seamlessly and showed excellent customer service throughout our visit.

Our server, Grace, was especially wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly sharp—she took our entire order by memory without writing anything down, and got it all perfectly right. My partner, mother-in-law, and I felt genuinely cared for during our time there.

“I recently ordered a build your own pizza which had creamy garlic sauce, chicken, and grilled onions. I had never had a white sauce pizza from here and it definitely didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this pizza if you have dietary restrictions to the traditional marinara red sauce and pepperoni or if you're just trying to taste something that's really good and different.“
