“As a loyal Pizza Hut customer, I was extremely disappointed by a horrible experience at the Pizza Hut on Tyler location. I ended up leaving without my to-go order and asking for a refund because both the employee and the manager simply didn't care to make things right (that experience was at the Pizza Hut on Tyler location). Horrible customer service on their end.
Hoping for a better experience, I went to the Pizza Hut on Morgan Blvd and that is exactly what I got. Great customer service! I shared my concern with General Manager Hernan, who took care of me right away. Both Hernan and Hannah were attentive, fast, and provided outstanding customer service. I paid full price with zero complaints because it’s not about the money, it’s about receiving good service so I can enjoy my Pizza Hut.
A huge thank you to Hernan and Hannah at the Morgan location for getting it right and saving my night! They are the best employees at Pizza Hut.“
“Overall pretty good 👍 I just thought that the place would be a little bigger inside and that they would have more tables but its ok. The pizza is one of my favorites from the street 😋. It's so good I only get it at that location. So congrats 👏 to the people who make the pizza 🍕“

You will find nothing but the finest Italian cuisine here as well as one of the most lovely atmospheres in any restaurant on the face of this planet. If you want a taste of an authentic Italian meal I cannot recommend any location more highly than this one.“
