Pluton Brewing Company is a great local brewery right in or near downtown Brownsville. It is a nice, spacious spot with a great atmosphere, sometimes featuring multiple vendors and live performers. The staff are friendly, personable, and dedicated to their craft. The owners and brew masters are passionate and aim to elevate the community with high-quality beer.
The beer is damn good, amazing, and awesome, with strong flavors. Varieties include the Sunjuice, Cerulean Moon, Ostré a Lehké Pilsner, and a Singularity Stout at 8.1% that is smoky with depth and flavor. They offer a range of different and unique beers, from an IPA that is a single malt single hop to eight beers on tap. It is a wonderful local spot to support, highly recommended for anyone in the area.
