I had a great experience at this Popeyes. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly, and the food was bussin. Special shoutout to Adriel, the manager, who was doing a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Order to go. Both sandwiches had rubbery chicken in spots, and two very tiny pickles and not even a teaspoon of mayo. Smashed buns. Mac n Cheese was nasty. They scraped the burned sides of harded cheese off an old tray and served it. Very few noodles...just burned cheese. Totally disgusting. Strawberry pies were very greasy
The tasted more like oil than anything. The biscuits were OK as was the beans and rice. Very disappointed and probably will not be back.

Same feedback on every complaint. Lowering my rating. Corporate needs to investigate.

This has to be the most rude and obnoxious place. I waited 40min for my food in the drive thru as the employees were literally, word to my mother, laughing, talking and on their phones and when I asked about my order they looked at me like I was the dumbest person on earth. Idk what we’re running here or what we’re doing but it’s clearly not our job. Plus they messed up my order. You ever been so mad you just wanna go to sleep?

Ordered a 2 can dine meal and was given 2 thighs 2 legs and a wing! Usually there is a chicken breast, wing, 2 legs and a thigh! They forgot my chicken breast
