RA Sushi Bar Express is a food truck that serves freshly made sushi. The sushi is way better than expected and very delicious, leaving customers feeling satisfied with perfect portion sizes. The firecracker roll is amazing. The dumplings are also highly recommended and do not disappoint, though they only come steamed. The $30 special is a notable value. Service is good. Customers recommend this small business and look forward to trying other rolls. A suggestion is to add sauces to accompany the rolls.
