As a first time customer I really appreciate April’s help. She was very informative and walked me through the ordering process. She has superb customer service skills! Great job April! I will definitely be ordering again! I was very pleased and the pizza is delicious! We had the Pepperoni Pounder and Triple Pepperoni, both were delicious!

It's my 3rd time we order here, we order with time to spare because we already know it takes long but it’s extremely annoying and they gave me a burn pizza even when you get there it’s still not ready! It takes forever!!! It’s not the same no more ☹️

The wings were cold as ice and raw . The Pizza was burnt and their buffalo chicken pizza was drowned in sauce and mushy . I'm never buying from this establishment ever again. I would not recommend this place. Called back to complain and they hung up on us .

I witnessed absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior from the owner of Simple Simon’s Pizza on Brownsville HoodNews. A 17 year old employee quit, and instead of handling it professionally, the owner sent them a string of abusive, threatening, and hateful text messages including slurs and personal attacks.

The owner made multiple threats, used homophobic language, and even brought up the teen’s address, saying they would involve the police out of spite. This kind of harassment, especially toward a minor, is unacceptable and disturbing. No young worker or any employee should be treated this way.

On top of that, there are open alcohol containers in the back area where food is being prepared, which is a serious health and safety violation. This shows a complete disregard for proper food handling and customer safety.

This place should not be supported until they are held accountable for their actions and the conditions they operate under. Hope others speak up too.

06-02-25 was my first time trying the pizza and wings at this location. I ordered (enough for 3 people) one pizza and 10 wings (sweet/spicy and hot). The pizza was not bad. I had asked for no olives, my pizza had olives (no big deal because I took them out when I ate the pizza). I hate to say this, but we ended up eating only 2 wings, since it seemed they were not fully cooked. When I took a bite from one of the wings... I had some of the liquid from the wings leave me a nasty taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if the wings are baked instead of fried, but if they are then I don't think I will order wings again. The service was very good, but wish the food would have been better.

Wish I can give 0 stars.. got to restaurant at 8:30 n we get a HEY DUDE guy at drive thru window to say hey dude we are close already we start to shutdown an hr before we close like what.? They should change there timing on Google. SMH
