What can I say about my favorite Starbucks in the world. Liz, Casey, Hugo, Ally, Tina, Edith and all the rest of the staff. I love this Starbucks. Always friendly and helpful. I have visited over 30 Starbucks in Texas, and it's all great. But this one has my heart ❤️ hands down. They are so knowledgeable.

This location, while pleasant enough inside, has a tiny parking area that is often blocked by the endless drive-thru line. I often avoid this location or order ahead for pickup inside while parking in the nearby strip mall. The outdoor seating area has lovely art and seating but the constantly busy parking area detracts from the atmosphere, so I don’t feel inclined to sit there even though it looks nice. Perhaps the empty adjacent lot could be purchased for additional parking and a longer drive thru line could be built.Parking: Limited spots often blocked by endless drive-thru. Not user friendly. I often order online through a third party to avoid going to this store.
Sadly they are just cranking out drinks and have forgotten basic customer service/ friendliness like how to greet customers or say "I'll be right with you", or "have a nice day". I'll stick to 7th and Park or Karma where I'm acknowledged as a fellow human being and not just another order!

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to! It's not just a fluke one-time deal either. The drive thru is usually backed up all the way around the building. Plan on spending 45 minutes plus waiting in this drive thru as it's painstakingly slow.

Placed a mobile order and it was completely wrong. Got the whipped cream removed on site, but unfortunately tasted the drink until after I had left the store and it was made with the wrong milk.
