Starbucks Coffee Company is considered the best location in Brownsville by some, with a staff that is great, pleasant, caring, funny, and very accommodating. The way of approaching and serving customers is like family. Employees are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful, preparing drinks very well and perfectly to match desires. The drive-thru experience can be excellent, making someone a cinnamon dolce fan. If an order is missed, the service recovers well. The location is seen as a very nice hangout where some students do school work.
However, the inside is somewhat limited with a preference for more tables. It would be a plus to have speakers outside to hear the music. Some note that Starbucks locations are now mostly dirty with no more nice seasonal mugs. This has led to new coffee and tea shops gaining territory country wide. The drinks receive praise, though the food is not reviewed by all customers.
