I just ordered a Caldo Tlalpeño to go and I was super specific about “no cheese”. I repeated my request twice. The bowl even says “no queso”. I reheated my caldo and a cheesy flavor came up. I have an allergy to cheese and now I have to deal with the consequences of it. I won’t recommend this place if they don’t know how to even follow a simple order just as “no cheese”.

First time at this restaurant. Place was ok. The atmosphere was bearable. Music was a tad loud to carry a conversation.When ordering, our waitress was always in a hurry to leave. You have to give her the order quickly. She was walking away before I finished talking. That’s rude.Now for the food.My burger was not cheap. The menu says it’s a 1/2 lbs burger with all the fixings. When I received it, the patty was no more than a 1/3 lbs. The bun was two times larger than the patty. The only fixings were lettuce and tomato. No mayo, no mustard, no ketchup.The chicken suizas enchiladas were ok. Too much lemony seasoning. It over powered the taste of the chicken.The service was not to my expectations.This was my first time coming here and I may not come after this. I’ve had much better service at much smaller establishments than this.This place needs better trained waitresses to wait at the table and listen to our order without being hurried.

The waitress, Michelle, made our family time very unpleasant.Her attitude was truly unacceptable and management couldn’t care less!I did not eat my meal after a 50 minute wait.Too expensive!

I ask for a bisquet a la plancha with butter but honestly I didn't like the flavor, and the cold chocolate either, it was only water and a powder packet of chocolate...that was a bad experience for me...
