Delicious food near City Plaza nearby enough that you won't miss out in case you need to stick around the courts all day without having to drive out of downtown!

Cozy Mexican food restaurant with very friendly staff. A hidden gem in historic downtown Brownsville.

The prices here are amazing! I think for my breakfast plate of a large pancake, two fried eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon was around $4.50. and it tasted great!! They're very fast too.

I like to enjoy free refill coffee without limits and not get charged for large glass of water. Small glass of water is free but large glass is 1 dollar same as bottle water there. The menu does not reflect hidden charge for what I expect to be free. And cause the water was filtered is why they charge. Tap water is free though, they said.

I had a different opinion 4 years ago. I went yesterday and it was a real fiasco. They didn't know how to make simple eggs like I ordered, plus they were bathed in recycled oil ?‍? the Mexican nopales seemed like the strangest and most horrendous thing I've ever eaten in my life ?I do not recommend this place at all, in addition to being dirty for my taste, the service and atmosphere are terrible.Sorry, I liked it before, now I will never go again. ?

Dietary restrictions: There are no options to choose from, the food is full of fatThere is no establishment and it is not an option for children or people in wheelchairs. There is no proper parking space.Terrible place.

This is a hole in the wall place that suits me perfectly! Where else can you get a meal that includes eggs (made your way); beans; potatoes; your choice of tortilla and coffee for $3.75! I've been coming here since 2010. They have breakfast specials instead of just eggs for the same price. In these challenging times we need our money to last and at the same time support local businesses.

It’s been years since I’ve been but I dream of their huevos rancheros and picadillo. I loved everything about this place. Austin used to have places like this. Sadly no more. I’ll be back as soon as possible. Love Tina’s!!

Parking: Street parking was easy.
