Food is as good as I remember back in the day. For those of you that have never been, would recommend the Fajitas Nachos, Burgers, and the Ceviche! They also have a new item called rib eye tacos and they definitely are worth trying!

It's always a pleasure dining at the Vermillion. The food is top notch, as usual. You can order anything on the menu, and the result is always 10/10. Service is usually speedy but can take awhile during peak hours. I can always count on a great atmosphere when coming to this Brownsville gem!
