Waited in drive thru for 45 mins, ordered 15 ahead on the mobile app for breakfast. Just for them to tell me at the LAST window. Not the intercom, or the second window. The last one. They won't be firing my order. And I "should" get a refund in 3-5 days. If come back to the store. Manager who wears the Covid mask is absolutely horrible.
this McDonald's has a serious issue with quality/quantity control. I live in blanket and unless I want to sit in my car and pull out all the food to count each item to ensure I have everything then someone always seems to have to share with someone else. for instance this evening my sister-in-law stops at the McDonald's and ordered food for all of us 3. that would have been a total of 4 sandwiches 2 large fries and a order of nuggets. of course when she get here there is a shortage...read full review
Mcdonald's in Brownwood needs to be shut down. I ordered nuggets and fries fresh and they gave me cold food then I sent it back and said I ordered cook to order "fresh" but all they did was reheat the old food and now the food is burnt plus the large fries was only half full. the employees were super rude and rolled their eyes the whole time. McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant with a mixed experience. The foods alright when you can actually order it. The Hours of Operation listed are not correct at all, which is very frustrating. Good service, if your order isn't right the staff makes sure to get it right. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The fries were fresh and hot. While some staff can be friendly and efficient, the overall quality of the food and service has declined in recent years. McDonald's is wheelchair accessible.
