Chili's Grill & Bar is a restaurant with an okay atmosphere that could use an update. The service can be slow, possibly due to staffing issues, but employees are reported to have good attitudes. Food used to be better before the menu was changed, particularly the Chicken Crispers, which are said to have a new batter that resembles KFC's extra crispy. The restaurant offers handicap parking and is wheelchair accessible. Despite some service issues and changes in food quality, the cbr quesadillas are recommended. However, a recent dining experience with a boss resulted in overly peppered chicken on a quesadilla and multiple attempts to fix the issue. The diner has decided not to return to this location.
