This place can literally close and it would not be missed by Brown County.
The rudest I have ever encountered.They argue with the customers they do not make the drinks correctly.And then they change the drinks prices when you go and get it.I have literally got waters from this company 42 years and never had a problem until today
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic or any fast food restaurant for that matter. The employee, Donna, who claims to be the manager brought out my two kid’s food and then could not figure out how to run my debit card or my credit card which I had just used prior to coming to Sonic. She then made my kids give back their half eaten food because I did not have cash and rudely stated “You aren’t getting it for free.” I called my bank immediately and was...read full review
I took my order back today because something was left off one of my burgers. I just want to say the manager went above what she had to, (in kindness) to correct my order. Thank you for the great customer service!
