Taco Bell is a popular spot in Brownwood for quick, tasty "junk food." Families often stop by, enjoying the kid-friendly atmosphere and it is a good place for brunch. The soft tacos are a favorite, loaded with goodies. However, some customers feel the restaurant has lost its appeal, with cold vibes and disappointing corn tortillas. There are complaints about a dirty dining area and the bathrooms need better cleaning. The parking lot is small and has unusual parking. While the food is decent, there are complaints about incorrect orders. You cannot order at the counter, only at the kiosks. Despite these drawbacks, Taco Bell remains a go-to place for a fast meal on the go.
