Tres Leches is one of the best hidden gems in Brownwood! Their shrimp tacos are to die for and their pastries are incredible. I love that they are a small local family who create all the deliciousness that comes out of their super cute festive store front. And I commend them on taking time off every summer to go see their family in another state. They have their priorities in order! I highly recommend trying them out.

We LOVE Tres Leches Bakery! Their street tacos are our favorite! The decor is festive and the staff, while quiet, is friendly. (And busy! It's a small family owned business and they work hard there.) So, go and enjoy the food - because it is definitely worth it!

Marco, Elibeth and Family have helped build a better Brownwood for years with their genuine hospitality, delicious food & drink, festive atmosphere and community investment. As a fellow small business owner/operator, downtown neighbor and friend, I’m thankful they take time off when necessary. Those of us who know and love them understand their deep family values. Those values are Five Star in my opinion and are to be lauded and not derided!
