I want to give a big shout out to over the rainbow and giving us great quality ice cream and such a peaceful environment to be in always full of smiles I would highly recommend over the rainbow.
Over The Rainbow Ice Cream in Brownwood, TX. I have never been so impressed with ice cream in my life. Justin and Julie have really hit a home run with this one. They make everything in house with no artificial ingredients. Their Rocky Road is the best I/we ever had. Blue Bell could take some lessons from these fine folks.
