As mentioned about my last visit, I have been really disappointed with Sonic. I am about to change my food place. I order from the app and still the wait is way over what it should be. Then of course my food is not hot.
I love this sonic, they're great and probably the best one in Brownwood. Sometimes you have to wait a little while and when I order extra cherries on the app the never give then to me but they do over the speaker at the location.

Ordered using the online app, neither burger was prepared as it was ordered, and both were cold - less than 5 minutes from when we picked it up until we began eating. French fries were cold and stale. Worst food I’ve received from a Sonic.
