I went to the grand opening and was one of the first 100 people in line to receive a free smoothie for a year. However, I didn't get my free smoothie. When we confronted the manager about it, he said he didn't care and was tired. He didn't care if people were cutting. It felt like a waste of two hours, and I won't be spending any money here in the future.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is one of Brownwood's newest additions. The staff is very friendly, kind, patient, and provides amazing service. The food is hot, tasty, filling, and delicious. Specific items like the jerk chicken wrap, chipotle chicken flatbread sandwich, sweet potatoes, and flatbread are all noted as great. The smoothie options, including the watermelon mojito smoothie and Pomegranate Plunge smoothie, are fantastic. Orders are carefully handled, with drinks being clearly labeled for delivery. Customers report that everything they tried was great and express that they will definitely be back to try more.
