I eat here at least once a week with a group of colleagues. We ate at this restaurant on July 31, 2025, and I will never set foot in it again. I asked the cashier if I could pay with a 100.00 bill because I didn't have anything smaller. He was uncertain whether he could make change out of my cash. After he confirmed he could, there was a mistake in the transaction. He handed me my change for the meal, but he did not collect my 100.00 bill; he looked rather new to this place (as I mentioned, we come once a week) and confused. The cashier made a mistake and gave back change without accepting my form of payment, and I did not notice that either as I was engaged with conversation with my colleagues. If you eat here, you know you have to pay for your food at the register once you order. We also spent over an hour at the restaurant and ate lunch. It is clear that, upon counting the register, they realized their drawer was short. The owner reported this to the Bryan Police Department. They successfully reached out to one of my supervisor to establish contact with us. Out of all my coworkers, I was the only one on camera with cash on the counter. To sum it up, I was threatened with a charge of theft by deception. I spoke with the Bryan Police Department. I told them what happened, and they agreed to let me bring back what was owed. The owner confirmed that we are regulars who eat at their restaurant often, if that was the case, was it necessary to go to this extreme?
When I got there to drop off what was owed, the police were there, so I took a coworker with me because there was no way I'd go back alone.
I am upset that the owner did not contact me or my coworkers about the incident, even though they clearly had our contact information, hence the police call I got. She contacted the police and threatened to file charges against me when we eat there on a weekly basis. The owner admitted to knowingly doing this.
I will NEVER come back after this incident

This place is right on Bryan Main Street. They have the most delicious breakfast and corn bread in town. They also have real nice burgers. Tonight we had their pork and fries appetizer, corn bread, and regular fries for our group. Their sodas are also nice because they have nice crunchy ice (if you know, you know). Customer service was also very professional and friendly.

It was the first time I went there and I was very satisfied! Thr only setback was that you had to wait forever for your food. It was a Saturday at lunch time and I felt like there was only one chef in the kitchen. I literally saw each table served one at a time and I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. The food was definitely delicious if you have the time for a leisure lunch

Love the place! From Heaven at the counter making ordering a breeze to Destiny and Alexis helping us with directions, being so helpful, always making sure that we had what we needed, and being overall super kind and friendly. Not from the area, but would come back just for the customer service. Food was awesome too. Can’t wait to try the bacon burger jam next time.

I was really disappointed with the customer service during my last visit. I work shift work and went in for a late breakfast. I was looking forward to enjoying a cup of coffee with my meal, but the staff refused to serve coffee after 1 pm. The restaurant wasn't busy at all (only two other patrons), and they weren’t even close to closing. Instead, the staff sat at a back table on their phones. While they did offer to sell me a bag of specialty coffee to take home, I really just wanted a simple cup of coffee with my breakfast. It’s such a basic request, and I expected better service. Definitely left feeling let down.

The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, wouldnt recommend a party of 6 though for seating arrangments. Food was good. Nothing stood out as something i could only get here but i wasnt disappointed

Came to Bryan to get my tires rotated and was looking for a place to sit and eat breakfast and this spot was it! The food was amazing and the service was 5 stars! Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks again guys!

The burger and the fries were good. But the attitude of the cashier with headphone was very rude. Probably better to put her in the kitchen for better profit. Even though the foods were good, that attitude made my food taste bad.

I have been to 3rd on Main three times prior to today. The food is great and the workers taking our orders were always so nice and professional until today.
Two young ladies, one wearing headphones we’re definitely not in the mood to assist any customers. They were rude from the beginning, their Coke wasn’t mixed well and they knew it however, they kept taking Coke orders and people were going up complaining just inexperienced, immature workers who didn’t know how to either contact management or let customers know.
Because if these two young ladies I will not eat there again, at least for awhile!! Management take heed! With all the new businesses coming up, you need to get some good help in there.
