First time to Bryan and landed at the Proudest Monkey. First choice on Google maps and it was Awesome. We ordered Firehouse burgers and they were cooked medium to perfection. Fresh grilled jalapeños, pepper jack cheese and chipotle mayo on a brioche bun. Bbq sauce on the side was spicy and tangy. Local here. This place has some of the best hipster tacos in town! Great staff and great drinks. Never been disappointed in their offerings. Make sure you show up before any typical meal rushes because they have very limited seating. The only times I've left disappointed is when we must leave due to lack of room.

I had the Yuppy fries and they are fantastic!All the folks here are super friendly!There's a good selection of local beers.Will be back during my stay in Bryan, TX.Love the exposed brick walls and concrete floor coupled with bright red barstools and dark booths.
