Upon asking for recommendations for the best Bacon Cheddar Cheese Fries in Bryan/College Station, we were recommended this place. We drove over for late lunch and ordered The Fireman, The Rooster, and the BC Fries.Y'all, it was perfect. Down home, small time burger shop goodness! May be our favorite burger shop now!! Other than the sticker-shock of a cheeseburger and fries these days, fat burger continues to satisfy as an everyday burger joint. Gettin' expensive out there... $16.25, the only added frill bring grilled jalapeños. I do also miss the dress-your-own-burger bar; so. Thanks, COVID.
