Flaming bird is my favorite so it’s very difficult for me to give a low score. I travel across Texas for work and often go out of the way to stop at a flaming bird. This location needs a serious review from management. The moral from staff is low. The work area is small (smallest location I’ve come across). Because of the small work area, the wait is forever.

Flaming bird Tuesday special is really a good deal. The chicken bowl was big and it’s only $5.

Disappointing Experience with Flaming Bird by H-E-B DeliveryI had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Flaming Bird by H-E-B delivery. I called the restaurant to place my to-go order with Mike, who failed to ask for my name, leaving me skeptical if my order was even taken. Upon reaching the restaurant after a 20-minute drive, I was informed by another employee that several items were out of stock and that to go orders are not taken, forcing me to make an additional 20-minute trip back to my delivery hub area. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and inconvenience caused.
