“Haven't really had a bad meal, but I do have to dock a star here. The last 3 times that I have been to this location, I have ordered a custard cookie each time. I still haven't tried one because they are never included with my meal. It's not worth it for me to go back over there after I get home.
Just do better so your customers get what they pay for.
I'm not asking for anything back, vouchers ot anything, so no need to ask for my contact info.“

“We had a fantastic dinner last night. In addition to the great food and service, we enjoyed participating in Mash Madness. The staff helped arrange a surprise flight of special bourbons for my husband, and the owner came and chatted with us about bourbon and whisky. It was a very memorable evening!“

“While drinking coffee with my sister and having a very heart felt conversation, one of the waiters, Chris, came up and asked us if he could pray for us. Our waitress was so sweet as well. They could see that we needed a little uplifting and they definitely made it happen. Our waitress did not charge us for our coffee. Exceptional service. God sure does work in all sorts of ways and we felt it here this morning. I will let everyone know the amazing service we experienced!“

“We stopped by BJ's for dinner, and I went with the Parmesan-crusted chicken. The crust had a nice savory flavor, and the chicken was filling without being too heavy. We had a little trouble deciding what to order, so the staff's recommendation helped. We ended up staying longer than planned and sharing a Pizookie afterward.“
