The waitress Tanea was wonderful I didn't get to compliment her on her skills but I was so impressed with how she carried all the plates and tray of hot sauce, she was great!!! :))

On April 15,2024 I received poor service from this establishment my order was messed up they didn't give me fork nor spoon nor condiments I ask for and they place is not clean no hair coverings and staff expects tips from carry out , if someone depends on tips maybe they need to find themselves better paying job , I'll never come to this establishment again

Rudest people EVER!! Walked in and it was not busy. Didn't see any signs saying wait to be seated so we just walked on in. After about 10 minutes a rude lady came up and said "you are supposed to wait to be seated, but since you helped yourself you can just stay here"Waited another 5 minutes for somebody to take our drink order. After yet another 10 minutes of not getting our drinks we got up and walked out.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLOW PLACE WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES!!

Unprofessional. We never got refills and our whole order was wrong. Coffee was cold and repeatedly asked for creamer/sugar and waiter never returned. Not all were bad they had one waitress that was on point and she eventually helped us. We love ihop but will not be returning to this location.

I wish I could give a zero review. Our family had a big party of people. We were greeted with an incredibly rude attitude by a woman named Tanera. They had a large room available with tables and chairs that would have easily accommodated our group but instead chose to seat us at 4 separate booths. We sat there for over 30 minutes just waiting to order. The restaurant was not that busy and there was plenty of waitstaff. The waitress we had was about 12 and seemed like it was her first day on the job. We were there for over two hours for breakfast. The food was cold, pancakes were tough, poor food quality and worse service. I can not recommend strongly enough to NOT EAT HERE. We eat at IHOP restaurants fairly often , but never at this one again. Very poor management.

I give them Five stars because, the staff was courteous, the food was great & the waitress took care of us. Also nice Atmosphere with free Wi-Fi.
We love I HOP but we have been to this one twice and it takes forever to get your food. They let to-go meals take precedent over in restaurant customers. Why do they make waiters go by memory? They mess up every order. Waiter was to busy on phone. One employee in back was vaping. Bad management. Won’t go back!
