We love I HOP but we have been to this one twice and it takes forever to get your food. They let to-go meals take precedent over in restaurant customers. Why do they make waiters go by memory? They mess up every order. Waiter was to busy on phone. One employee in back was vaping. Bad management. Won’t go back!
Server not attentive.Server barely checked on us and did not ask me if I wanted any refills on drinks.Food took a long time to get to us.Food was not hot even though there was a total of 3 tables.
