“Abi is the best waitress I have ever had! She is so attentive and so sweet. She always makes sure we have a cold drink and really cares about your meal. If you come to the college station twin peaks you have to request to sit in Abi’s section.“

“Good old fashioned burger joint. You know you're in a good place when you pull in at lunch at a random spot in the country and see a full parking lot, with firefighters and deputies in the mix. If they're busy it can take a bit to get food, but that's to be expected as it's a small place. Atmosphere is a bit noisy and frenetic with kids running around, but I guess that's all part of it. Overall, recommend and would definitely go back. I can vouch that the bacon cheeseburger is top notch. They have Boots Soda at the fountain, always like their drinks. If it isn't obvious, if you are vegetarian/vegan- probably want to go someplace else. :)“

“I've tried to find a reason to not give 5 stars but can't. We've been to fine restaurants from Tampa to Newport Beach. We've been to Christopher's multiple times while our daughter has been at A&M. While presenting her with her ring guard this last week, we'll miss not visiting as often going forward. Christopher's will always be one of our top 5 restaurants. Keep it up!!!!“

“The facility has been nicely utilized and the antiques add to the warm, rustic feel. The wines were exceptional and the food was very good. The price point exceeded the quality and quantity, but the flavors were delicious. Our service was excellent and again, the wines were the star of the show.“

The fish was good but a little too much grease, the fries were good, I ate them all, and the hush puppies were yummy. The salad was very fresh, and the ranch dressing was on point. I had a bellini I did not enjoy, but I tried a couple of beers that were pretty tasty.“

“Place has been here forever but this was my first time. I ordered chicken fried steak and coleslaw. Had onion rings for appetizer and my partner got a cheeseburger and fries. All of it was good. I did try the burger and really enjoyed it. I like that it had the charbroiled taste. Coleslaw was great also. I would come back again.“

“What an experience the bathroom was! ???. The bathroom was the most exquisite and intricate show of engineering and design for a bathroom I have ever seen. At first glance, most people would think that they aren’t even in a bathroom! This bathroom should be considered the 8th wonder of the world because people will be wondering how this bathroom can even exist.❤️❤️ . Sure the food was alright. But the bathroom was truly magnificent. Me and many more will be returning just to re-live the moment when I first entered the one of a kind bathroom.“

“One of the best soft food places in town. The staff is very welcoming lovable they make you feel part of the team and they make you feel right at home eating a Sunday dinner during the week. The service is phenomenal and the amount of food to give you is good.“

“Ordered the bbq sandwich it was cold and very little meat on bun, bag was so light I had to check to see if the burger was in the bag and not just the bag of chips that came with it, I didn't get the brownie I ordered employee upgraded wrong drink and when I mentioned he had to re check the order to see if I was lying, I used to love coming here and the prices go up and the food goes down, I would provide a picture but it is not allowing me to add one“

“I live in college station and I drive all the way over just for a burger at this store.! It is family owned and the owners are very nice sweet people the store is small but very cozy makes you feel like home. If you ever want a good meal check this store out you won't regret it .! “We’ve been ordering from here for years. They have the very best stuffed baked potatoes in town. Our usual is the chicken fried steak potato and they have recently changed their white gravy to the most delicious gravy made from drippings (tastes homemade). “Lately the wings have been amazing...a few times they weren't. Overall I love to go out of my way to come here. “Finally made it back for dinner after a few months. We learned they have a new chef and are making changes. We got to talk with Chef Abi and excited to hear about some new seasonal menu items to come.We started with Chefs crab cake special which was full of king crab with no real filler to speak of. It was accompanied by a southwestern sauce, black beans and corn relish. It’s a $30 appetizer, but delicious!!Our go-to favorite here is the Texas au Poivre 8oz. filet cooked perfectly to our liking, medium rare. The asparagus was broiled and crispy and the whipped potatoes were creamy and not overly seasoned.Our waitress, Jordyn, did an amazing job all around.We would have liked to have our drink before our appetizer, but Jordyn let us know the bar was backed up.Excited to see what Chef Abi had in store for Campfire. I ordered the Grandslamwich basics sandwich with eggs, ham, bacon, cheese, on toast with a side of hash browns.I specifically asked to substitute the meat ?? for steak because I don't eat pork products. They didn't the waitress brung the unsubstituted dish to the table. I guess she didn't check it before bringing it. I looked down ? and asked why it wasn't changed. She graciously went back to the kitchen to pit in the order again. 2nd dish was chewy and done correctly ?. My husband also said his dish tasted ? not good like it was from the microwave. He had the chicken fried steak breakfast ?.“

“Great CFS. Sweet tea and fried okra. Steaks coming out of kitchen looked great. Sides are okay but remember that the name is Beefmasters not "Fusion". A little crowded in the wait and checkout are during rush period. Think 1950-1960s upscale downtown cafe in small town.“

“If you want good, down to earth, and savory dishes, Cotton Patch Cafe has you covered. Their whole menu is filled with items that are just like some of grew up eating. The staff is incredibly helpful, even on the busiest nights. We feel pretty relaxed while there. The energy is laid back and there isn't a rush to get through their meal and out the door.
