Went to McDonalds today at this location and the manager who ever she is at 6pm talks horrible to those poor children I don’t recommend you apply here with your kids she talks really Rude and ugly to them especially the ones in training wow. Poor kids.

I took my 6yr old daughter to play, and they have the play room so hot that it’s just like playing out side, smh, I ask the manager if there was any thing she can do about it. And she told me she couldn’t do nothing about the air ? Which is a straight lie. I would never take my daughter to this place again and the manager was so rude, she didn’t even want to talk to me very very unprofessional !!! Yesterday I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company! Me & my family decided to dine in at this location & I decided to order from the kiosk, I paid and went to the front counter to ask for my cup I just purchased with my order and I had asked this lady if I could get my cup & she looks at me so mean and upset and with an angry attitude she replied “what size” and told her it was a large and she handed it to me so rudely I was so shocked. I received my cup and proceeded to walk up to the soda station where I hear the same lady behind me say “ she’s lucky I’m at work!” I turned around because she said it so loudly that I had to see who said that and she was talking about ME! I’ve never felt so out of place in my life! Had I been by myself I would’ve gotten a refund so fast! The rest of the time I was there eating I felt so uncomfortable and she stared me down the whole time I was there I hurried up and ate and got out of there ASAP! I felt very threatened and nervous to be in that facility… The name of this manager is Jamie.

Manager was extremely rude. The lobby was open to come in. I went in and he yelled at me drive-through only escorted me right back out the door so I went through the drive-through. The service on the other end was not any better.

I understand there is a need for cleaning the kids area. But is it too much to ask for you to do it at a consistent time. The last 3 times I've tried to bring my kids to play in the play center it's been closed for cleaning. I understood when it was off hours but the straw the broke this tired parents back was cleaning it at 530pm on a weekday. Did you not think there might be hungry kids at that time who needed to run out some energy before or after dinner?

Subject: Concern About Incorrect Order and Poor Customer Service

Dear McDonald's Customer Service,

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I recently had at one of your drive-thru locations. I ordered a steak bagel sandwich, but instead received a bacon and egg bagel. While the sandwich was edible—thanks to the cheese—it only had two thin strips of bacon and was certainly not what I asked for.

More frustrating than the incorrect order was the customer service. I spoke slowly and clearly in English, yet the drive-thru attendant appeared confused and unable to understand me. She eventually called over a manager, but even then, all I received was an unhelpful “okay,” without confirmation or effort to resolve the issue.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive what I order and to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and use it to improve both communication and service standards at your locations.

I had ordered doordash food from there and they tried to say they lost my order and then out of nowhere after I called doordash they said that they found my order in the system and they would not answer the phone for doordash customer service this is out of control I want to speak to the head honcho the CEO of McDonald's now because of this

Do yourself a favor and choose any other McDonald's in town than this one! They cancel mobile orders after 10 minutes, at least this is what the manager told me today. Horrible service, extremely rude.

I bought a friend some lunch today at McDonald's on Texas Ave and he found a hair in his Mc Chicken Sandwich which is completely gross 🤢, it made him sick to his stomach.I did contact them and Spoke with a manager regarding this matter and we were very upset . So please check y'all food before eating it if you do eat here , because I know we aren't returning to this place .
