12/07/2025 Came around 1pm. I was trying to order food at the drive thru. The woman who took my order had touble hearing me I proceed to repeat my order more louder, also had passenger in car who also could hear me in told her what I said. she still insisted she couldn't hear me. She said a remark and had attitude. I don't know if they need better equipment. Or if her headset wasnt loud. In the beginning someone did hear me loud as clear when i said give me moment so i can use my rewards. Her getting attitude was wrong. She could of handled things better. Service was terrible. I eventually left and didn't order anything.

me and my sister went in the morning and while ordering he said he sent our order out without us being done then told us to tell them at the window what we wanted. We got to the window told the lady and double check everything was right she didn’t add our hash brown to the meal when we asked nor did she put large on both our drinks.we get to the window to recieve our food and ask to give us the size we ask for ,he said he could not and could only do the size paid for . ATP we jus took it and left. Was so over it this isn’t the first time they mess up our order or don’t give us something when we ask .

Went to McDonalds today at this location and the manager who ever she is at 6pm talks horrible to those poor children I don’t recommend you apply here with your kids she talks really Rude and ugly to them especially the ones in training wow. Poor kids.

I took my 6yr old daughter to play, and they have the play room so hot that it’s just like playing out side, smh, I ask the manager if there was any thing she can do about it. And she told me she couldn’t do nothing about the air ? Which is a straight lie. I would never take my daughter to this place again and the manager was so rude, she didn’t even want to talk to me very very unprofessional !!! Yesterday I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company! Me & my family decided to dine in at this location & I decided to order from the kiosk, I paid and went to the front counter to ask for my cup I just purchased with my order and I had asked this lady if I could get my cup & she looks at me so mean and upset and with an angry attitude she replied “what size” and told her it was a large and she handed it to me so rudely I was so shocked. I received my cup and proceeded to walk up to the soda station where I hear the same lady behind me say “ she’s lucky I’m at work!” I turned around because she said it so loudly that I had to see who said that and she was talking about ME! I’ve never felt so out of place in my life! Had I been by myself I would’ve gotten a refund so fast! The rest of the time I was there eating I felt so uncomfortable and she stared me down the whole time I was there I hurried up and ate and got out of there ASAP! I felt very threatened and nervous to be in that facility… The name of this manager is Jamie.

Manager was extremely rude. The lobby was open to come in. I went in and he yelled at me drive-through only escorted me right back out the door so I went through the drive-through. The service on the other end was not any better.
