Paletas Y Nieves "La Michoacana Fuente Del Sabor"

Been here twice in recent months and each time it wasn’t a good experience. The lady working at the front is unfriendly and very stingy with portion sizes; I ordered the smallest size of ice cream and she didn’t put enough ice cream in the cup for it to even touch the rim. My cousin wanted to take some pictures of the beautiful paletas and she told me that no photos were allowed. For three peoples’ ice cream we paid $23, that is absolutely ridiculous. Very unwelcoming and overpriced, there are better places in town with better service and food, and friendlier people. Will not be returning here.

This was the worst customer satisfaction I’ve received I don’t know if she’s the owner but to be the owner she has a long way to learn to treat her customers understanding that she has some signs where she warns not to put her hand but sometimes as a customer with this heat what you think is just to enter and be able to have the pallet that you crave and you open where it says no or sometimes we read it but not for this she can close it almost running over my hand and sounding her hands in the cabinet telling me she can’t put her hands here she says omg you need to rest hire staff or take some customer service classes

Over priced, 80% of my ice cream was whipped cream , and on the board it was 4 dollars

The best ice cream and snacks… the watermelon agua fresca is delicious, chicharrones preparados the best. The lady was so nice and polite. For sure I’ll comeback again

Came here for the first time with my family. Ordered the Horchata drink, Mangonada, and a medium sized scoop of banana pecan ice cream. Everything is homemade to include the popsicles and drinks. It’s a pretty pricey here, but my wife was craving a Mangonada so we got it here. The Horchata tasted artificial, but everything else was pretty good.

The staff also appear a bit rude when talking to her, but I think that’s normal and how she talks lol. I asked to have a small sample of their one of a kind unique flavored ice creams and she said “no sample” with a mean voice and look lol. I guess we gotta just assume what you’re buying is good and only buy a small size in case you don’t like especially when it’s pretty pricey.

La comida está bien, nada espectacular, especialmente considerando los precios, que son bastante elevados para lo que es. Pero lo verdaderamente memorable es el trato de la señora que atiende. Tiene una forma muy peculiar de hablarte, como si en lugar de ser cliente fueras un problema personal que llegó a arruinarle el día. Uno pensaría que al pagar al menos viene incluido el respeto, pero aquí parece ser un servicio premium que no está disponible cuando ella está. Lo curioso es que cuando atienden otras personas, el trato es normal e incluso amable, lo que confirma que el problema no es el lugar… es la señora. En fin, si tienen la suerte de que no les toque ella, todo bien. Si no, prepárense para pagar por comida regular y salir con un regaño gratis de cortesía. Una experiencia muy completa.
