“My wife always says she could go to McDonald's and just eat the fries. Well, I could go to Popeyes and just eat Red Beans & Rice - yum! And they have arguably the best chicken sandwiches around. Lots of flavor, and they bring the heat!
Popeyes will disappoint you more often than they should (for example, it was hard to find a clean table on our visit), but when it comes to fast food with flavor, they are very hard to beat.“
“9/14/24 came in behind a humongous order placed by previous customer. Popeye employee never lost her positive attitude. She apologized to the customers waiting in line explaining that she & cook were working alone. She got the large order done and took care of (us) customers in line never complaining even though she was obviously hot and tired - I could tell from looking at her NOT by her attitude nor anything she said. We as customers do not see this type of service very often anymore. If she were my employee I'd make certain she was kept happy and shown appreciation!“
