Tried to order thru the drive thru the woman couldn't speak English very well. Finally got to the window and only had half the order so had to wait longer for the rest of the order. She doesn't know what Unsweet tea is.
We had great difficulty placing the order in the drive-through because the cashier and I couldn’t understand one another. E we almost didn’t get all the food we wanted because of it.
Worst customer service ever. Tables were dirty and the floor was dirty and sticky. Asked for lemon pepper shrimp. I received regular. No flavor at all. Clerk was rude and gave a mean look. No straws available. Not satisfied at all...
