Food is great but the service is so bad I won't go there anymore. Every time I went it was "sorry sir we out of that right now" or a 40+ minute wait for my food. I learned that the only way to guarantee I didn't have to sit in the restaurant waiting on my food was to order on the app and give them a 40 minute head start on making my food before I showed up to get it.

Awful customer service. The cashier and manager don't know how to use the app properly. They say " I don't know. This is a third party service. " So I left without order to the next restaurant. I love Popeyes but Never come back
I ordered the 5 piece chicken strip meal. They didn't give me the right sauce, even after I repeated it 4 times. The mased potatoes had maybe a tablespoon of gravy. The drink was ok. The chicken strip, thank God, were good. But I won't go again anytime soon. Not worth the money.

This store was in chaos on my visit. There was a fight in the lobby . The young lady who was in charge handled the incident with professionalism and poise. She got the customers order all by herself.

EVERY TIME.....literally every time I have stopped at this location, it has always been a 20 minute wait for chicken. It's all you serve, how are you always unprepared? Just shut down and let another restaurant have a shot. Yall give that chicken a bad rep.. 10 thumbs down.

I ordered doordash and there is no way to add special instructions. I call every time and the general manager latanya is always so helpful and accommodating. She goes out of her way to make sure. That she gives me what I asked for. When I called the phone was broken and she called me back personally. ?
