We came in with our friends and wanted to sit together (4 of us total). We found three seats and brought one over. The cowardly manager sent one of the baristas to kick us out of our seats because we brought a chair over so our group could sit together. They don’t care that one person is sitting at a table for four for hours at a time. They choose to allow squatters to take over seats for hours at a time so there is really no room for a group of friends to sit. I say go ahead and allow one person to buy a $4. Drink and sit for hours and harass a group that come in and spends 10x that.

This place is such a treat. I highly recommend their oat milk cortados. They understand how to treat alternative milks so that they do not taste like burnt. The staff is friendly and professional. I wish them the absolute best in their business.

The two times I came here to study for my finals. My hot coffee was luke warm and my hot chocolate was room temp. The girl that took my order was dismissive and rude. When I asked them if they could heat my drink up or do something, the girl who took my order said that wasn't possible and that I'd just have to just buy a new one. However, the guy working was sweet and explained that I had just got my drink so it must've been room temp when they made it. He offered to make me a new one and was kind about it. The girl rolled her eyes and scoffed. She had literally taken my order 3 minutes before so she knew I had just got my drink. I don't know about anyone else but when I order a hot drink I would like it to be actually hot. And if a customer who just paid for a hot drink and tipped says it is room temperature I'm pretty sure it's bad customer service to roll your eyes and say I should pay for a new one.

Nice selection of seasonal drinks and treats. My daughters liked the chocolate croissant (note: inside has more of a chocolate cream, not hard melted chocolate). Lots of students studying, and people stopping by from the Stella hotel next door.

I have always come here, but felt compelled to make a review today!! Coffee is amazing, customer service is amazing, and vibes are immaculate?? It’s even better when I pop in and Taylor Swift is playing, it’s almost like it’s mean to be?!? My favorite coffee shop!☕️☺️

I enjoy the scones. I find the dirty chai too bitter and not as creamy as I like. They play music SO loud so even noise canceling headphones can’t block it out. And even worse they play so much T Swift and it makes me nauseous.
As a college student, coffee hoping is normal because I am always looking for a comfortable place to study. I do not know if I will come back to POV because although the atmosphere and seating were very comfortable, the waitstaff behind the bar did not greet me and deadpan stared at me without saying anything. I finally said “May I please have …” and they took my order without saying anything. It was a very uncomfortable experience and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. Saying hello and being polite go along way and they exhibited none of that. Once I got my coffee I could barely drink it because it had a burnt after taste. If I go back it’s only to study and maybe get tea, but they need to work on their customer service.

The new management is GOD AWFUL! They do not care for their employees- only the money they bring in. They’re firing and running out all of their actually good and loyal baristas. Quality is going down because of it. Save yourself and move on to the next coffee shop

If you like getting some pretty great coffee and some scones, then going up the overlook to see the golf course is a decent sight! Overall if you like peace and quiet while enjoying your walk, then check out POV and give it a shot.
