Placed an online order and when I got arrived the place was empty at 12pm. Checked into my spot and it took them 5 minuets to brink my food out. While handing me my drinks my fries and burrito were dropped into a puddle. He said sorry let me get you a new one. Less than a minuet later he was out with a new bag and fry containers that were not even half full. Uninstalled the app and probably won't go back to a sonic in BCS again.

Ok just went thru the drive through , finally after waiting to get order rt. Get home our burgers r smashed flat come on 27.00 for that. Give me a cup holder to big kept spilling over our drinks. This sonic experience you could do better wow👎🫤

My family goes to Sonic like once a month. This is the most accurate/consistent location in town, so we go out of our way to go here. It’s usually fine. But last time they messed up a limeade; tonight I got the wrong flavor in my drink and a single patty instead of a double. Defeats the whole point of coming here for their drinks and deals.
The guy who took our order was ridiculous. Never in my life have I had to scream soanybtimes to just get my order to anyone at sonic. Not only could I not see what the heck was on the screen he read back what I ordered and then I didn't even get what I asked for. The car hop lady was very apologetic and was very sincere, but she shouldn't have to bc the guy who took the the order didn't do his job right. I will not be coming back to this location. And no there no cars around me at all and no they were not busy. I was one of the 3 cars who were at this establishment. There was also no offer to make it right and get me what I asked for or even a voucher for him not doing his job right.
