Very poor service. There were literally 2-3 customers in all at the restaurant and they still couldn’t do their job right. I asked for a strawberry slush with coconut and extra strawberry. I literally got a watered down slush with a tad of coconut. I came back and asked them to remake it they remade it only to put no coconut syrup at all, they also forgot my Marinara.

Placed an online order and when I got arrived the place was empty at 12pm. Checked into my spot and it took them 5 minuets to brink my food out. While handing me my drinks my fries and burrito were dropped into a puddle. He said sorry let me get you a new one. Less than a minuet later he was out with a new bag and fry containers that were not even half full. Uninstalled the app and probably won't go back to a sonic in BCS again.

Ok just went thru the drive through , finally after waiting to get order rt. Get home our burgers r smashed flat come on 27.00 for that. Give me a cup holder to big kept spilling over our drinks. This sonic experience you could do better wow👎🫤

I tried to use the app today to get a half price drink. It didn't work and the manager wasn't able to help me... she tried and said that there was a problem with the app. Very disappointing experience.
