Always go and they never give me the amount I pay for. My drink was missing a quarter of it.

This is my favorite starbucks to go to literally will go out of my way for this location! Im always greeted with the warmest smile and the team lead grant is amazing he shows the true definition of hospitality and makes the best matcha <3 highly recommend this location

This location is creepy, I went through the drive-thru service and the person serving me asked for a tip to the point where I felt like he or the person making the order of my coffee may have spit in my coffee because I didnāt give him a tip. I will not go to that location ever! Why are they asking for tips in drive-thruā¦. Didnāt give me a receipt when I said yes, I would like a receipt when he asked me.
Yasmin is So impressive, her ability to keep up the customer service while being extremely busy is unmatched! I could not do what she does, props to her. Rlly great people at this location
I havenāt been a massive fan of this location because the drive thru has been lacking⦠you have to ask for a holder and a stopper and usually it is met with an attitude. Itās hot coffee and those shouldnāt be something weād have to beg for, but today while I waited it was brought to my attention they accidentally made my hot coffee into a cold one. The guy was VERY sincere and genuinely sorry about the mistake and graciously remade my order. I truly appreciate accountability and communication! We all make mistakes but a place thatās willing to make it better deserves recognition for that :) they even made my order perfectly! So thank you guys!

I used to work in college station and got coffee from here every week. Now Iām in Houston and can honestly say the coffee hits better from this location in College Station .Good coffee and very nice staff

The staff always greet me when i walk in. I was stuck on a drink choice and they were very helpful with suggestions. My family and I have visited other Starbucks in our town but I have to say this location is our go to for now on! Clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere and of course the great coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in town because they always get my pink drink order perfect and the people at the drive thru make me feel like more than just a customer. Ellie and Alexis are so kind and I look forward to talking with them while I wait for my order.

I NEVER leave bad reviews but this one has been consistently disappointing.
I wanted to love this Starbucks because itās so close to my house. When it first opened, I gave it several chances and tried to be understandingāthey were new, probably still finding their rhythm. But over time, the same issues kept coming up. My orders were often wrong, and unfortunately, the manager is consistently rude and argumentative. Instead of working to resolve issues, Iāve experienced being spoken to in a very condescending way, which is disappointing from someone in a leadership position, at clearly sets the tone for the rest of the staff.
The scanner rarely works, and staff often brush it off like itās ājust pointsāābut if youāre spending $75+ a week, those points actually do add up and matter. Iāve run into situations where I felt more like a nuisance than a valued customer.
To be fair, there are a couple of employees here who are truly lovely and kind, and the building itself is beautiful and convenient. But sadly, itās a case of the bad outweighing the good. I used to be a daily regular, but Iāve since bought a home coffee system just to avoid the ongoing frustration.
Today was the final strawāI stopped in because I ran out of coffee at home, and again had a negative experience, with the manager being unnecessarily rude. When I finally got my drink, it was watered down and disappointing. At this point, Iāve officially decided not to return.
The drive to the Tejas Center Starbucks is DEFINITELY worth it!! (The kindest most thorough staff drinks are on point every time!)
