Ladies and Gents, imma tell you like we eat it! What in the hell Bryan yall been hiding oneof the best Cajun food places in the Bryan/College station areas. Today was the day and Remnant of Nawlins was the place. Its a quaint hole in the wall. Love the decor. If your in a rush not your place, but if your looking for real delicious food. You won't go wrong. I had the chicken and sausage gumbo, pure heaven. Jambalaya fire! The dirty rice, yum. Catfish was to die for, crisp clean taste. No need for any sauces and for someone that loves sauce to say that. It means something. Priced reasonably for what you are getting food wise, the taste escorts you back to New Orleans.

Doesn’t give me the option to leave NO stars. We came in and were served drinks. There was only 1 couple at a table and a family waiting for an order. The guy never came back. A lady walked in and placed an order. She got her food. We were still waiting. Another guy came in and ordered food and we were still waiting. We waited 40 minutes. Left $10 for 2 drinks. Got up and left and the guy was standing at the register and never acknowledged the fact that we were never served.
