No line coming out the building, but 4 cars in drive through. I sat for over 20 before the line moved. Don't use drive through. I was trapped in line, and couldn't even leave.

I just visited this snow cone spot and had such a great experience! The snow cones were delicious with tons of flavor options, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Frank, the employee working during my visit, was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. He took the time to help me choose a flavor and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back not just for the tasty snow cones, but for the top-notch service too. Thanks, Frank!

After DoorDash messed up my delivery order, the owners themselves delivered the correct order to my house. I have always loved this location but now LOVE it even more! The fact that they would go above and beyond to make us happy shows they really care about their customers. I would also like to point out, had it not been for this mistake we would have never tried the drinks that were delivered to us accidentally. I think I have found me another new favorite 😍

I stopped visiting this location for nearly a year as the drinks were never frozen - just liquid. I was hoping things would have improved, but sadly not. I am pretty sure they forgot to add ice when they blended the 'smoothie' during my visit today.

I just wanted to Thank this company for having free snow day. My Son and I throughly enjoyed it and it gave me a chance to review the menu in depth. I also appreciate the great customer service from the young man and young lady named Kennedy who helped us with our order. We will definitely be visiting again.

THIS PLACE IS LEGIT HEAVEN !!!! this place is an ABSOLUTE MUST for anytime of the day they literally DONT have anything that tastes bad or even meh !!!!! the staff us also extremely friendly and very fast and very good the owner nee exactly what he or she was doing with this idea of a business!!!!

What an awesome idea for our region. It is super hot outside for most of the year around here and shaved ice is an excellent way to cool down! Awesome flavors. Slightly pricey. Worth it though
I absolutely love this place and drive 20 miles out here as many times as I can! A son-con place that’s open year round with sno like the kind I love in Louisiana I am in love completely. The sno is so perfectly soft and melts in your mouth without being crunchy like a lot of places I have tried. The flavors are amazing and soak into the sno so it’s not running to the bottom of the cup. There’s a big variety of flavors and different types or treats to try. Worth every mile I drive every time I come out.
