I love, love, love bahama bucks, I would say I am a frequent customer. The problem with this is I experience the difference in quality, upon every visit. For starters my biggest pet peeve is when they forget my candy stick that goes with my mangonada extreme. Second, I like adding a little more toppings (chamoy) to my item and I have had the displeasure of them being careless and completely ruining my item by adding tooo much chamoy.

i just came from bahama bucks and was excited at first to get my snow cone! i was eating it and it was great at first … then after the first layer it was just snow. i am disappointed at this service and as a former employee .. i know we are taught to hold the bottles for a certain amount of seconds on each side and it was fine … and then it wasn’t. i was very disappointed.

This place is awesome. I bring my kinds here all the time. The service is great as well. Last time I came here I, not my kiddos, spilled my smores smoothie (which is amazing btw) all over the booth. They were awesome in promptly cleaning up the mess, and even gave me another smoothie at no cost.The service is amazing as they are sure to provide an amazing customer experience.The options they have are all new and different from each other and all taste amazing.

I normally love Bahama bucks but today was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a sugar free WHITE coconut with sugar free BRM. I received a BLUE coconut that was supposedly sugar free and the ice cream was disgusting. Not bc it was sugar free but bc it had clearly melted at some point and refrozen resulting in a slightly chunky, very syrupy, overall disgusting flavor and texture. Not only did they mess up my snow but they were incredibly slow and there was no one else there. Of the 3 employees working only one was capable of making our order. And when I attempted to call to speak with a manager bc I was disappointed with my snow the phone went straight to voicemail. Super disappointed today and I would really love a replacement snow made correctly without bad ice cream.

This place is a hit and miss. They take forever. Literally it took me 30 minutes to get one snowcone. I’m not sure if I just have a horrible luck but each time I’ve been here it’s always a disappointment. My snowcone is completely melted and they have told me there’s nothing I can do about that…. I’ve given this place plenty of chances. I’m over it at this point. You want to go just make sure you have extra time like 30 minutes extra.

Came Friday around 6/630 and ordered a cherry and blue coconut shaved ice. Very disappointed there was not nearly enough syrup on it. About two thirds of the way down it was just the white plain shaved ice left. My mom's was the same with not enough syrup but I didn't get a pic of hers. Other times we've gone there's plenty of syrup all the way to the bottom. Now that makes us not want to go there anymore.

Five stars because there was no prompt to leave a tip at the counter. Also it’s so good. Thank you!!!! ??? The New Braunfels location has the tipping prompt and even spun the tablet asking me to “answer the question”. Thank you Buda location for NOT soliciting for tips!
Fabulous shaved ice! The shop is so clean and the desserts are amazing! All the employees are so sweet and helpful especially Layla! This is the best place to get shaved ice, smoothies, milkshakes, pup cups, and açai bowls!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this Bahama Bucks in Buda!! First of all they make the best sno around!! Second, the establishment is so clean! They have fun games for folks to play and spend time together. I get the açaí bowl and I am addicted! So good!! Thirdly, the staff is so friendly, fast and helpful! We ordered snow balls for a team end of season party while we were there and they were such a hit!!! Next time I’m doubling my snow ball Order! It made beating the heat so much fun!!!!
