Food was good. Order was correct. Doing the survey on the back of the receipt is pointless because they won't honor it. The survey online gives a code with letters. They said they don't honor codes with letters and I need to download and order through the app, but the receipt says the code is not valid on delivery or digital orders. No customers in establishmentAsked for the whopper Jr duo, something new. After placing order asked for water cup and was told there would be a charge for the cup. Now I know why business is going down, petty as a big corporation has to charge for a cup for water. I'll just go to another place that gives you a free water cup. Nice knowing you King

I did a mobile order for pick-up at Burger King. The app gives you choices whether you want to pick up through the drive-thru, counter, or dine inside. I chose to pick it up at the counter.
