The sweetest staff!!! Their network was down and only excepted cash (which I didn’t have), and my kids were so upset, but the staff ended up giving my kids a cookie at no cost!!! I would highly recommend everyone getting cookies or cakes at this location because they truly care! Thank y’all!
Ordered a cookie cake for pickup at 1pm, was told upon arrival that the employees were locked out and their manager wouldn’t arrive until 2:30. We return at 2:30 and still had to wait 30 minutes for the cookie cake to be ready. It was not even to my specified ordered but zero refund or compensation was given. Was told that only the manager can issue the refund and it would possibly be for 10% plus the $5 up charge for m&ms that we did not receive for our cookie cake. We will...read full review
