“Nothing is like it used to be, I was the 3rd person here this day 01/01/26, the food was okay but just seemed disheveled. I ordered a $12 meal and I knew I would be charged extra for ordering a shake, but had but they told me that they would give me a 4 oz shake for $2 more they miss the mark on upgrading me I would have gotten a larger one.“
“The sweetest staff!!! Their network was down and only excepted cash (which I didn’t have), and my kids were so upset, but the staff ended up giving my kids a cookie at no cost!!! I would highly recommend everyone getting cookies or cakes at this location because they truly care! Thank y’all!“

“I always have such amazing servers when I go! Please fix the touch screen so we can leave a tip!! Nothing happens when you touch it and it's been like this the past 3 times I've gone. Nobody carries cash anymore and these sweet servers need tips!!“

“We tried to get the app to get food and when form was filled with our personal info.. it went to another site that was used to clean out our bank account. Bank is handling all the charges. The nice assistant manager apologized and gave our food to us while we were straightening all of this out with our bank. Thank you for your kindness Buda Sonic Assistant Manager💞. “Great flavors, some of my favorite ice cream. Love their weekly pre-order special drops, the cookie dough sandwich is phenomenal (anything with that cookie dough sandwich is AMAZING but I'm a sucker for the classic. Their most recent with the Oreos and salted caramel ice cream was spectacular too though). Brownie Points is my go-to! (I'm hoping for a cookie dough sandwich with brownie points one day...) The owner is also compassionate and professional. I appreciate the rewards too – it makes me feel better about buying so much ice cream 😆“

“Huge shout out to the manager of the Southpark store in ATX!! He went above and beyond to help me out of a jam when I forgot to pick up my large catering order and offered to come in on Sunday to hand it to me!!!! What a great reminder of what it means to run a business and serve customers( even the dumb ones🙋♀️) 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
