“Great customer service! I placed an order on the app then the app wouldn't let me check in. Long story short I had lots of problems with the app and got an email saying I was charged. The employees made my order even though it didn't show the order placed on their side. After I left I got an email saying I was refunded by the app. I called to pay for the order over the phone and they were awesome!“

“The sweetest staff!!! Their network was down and only excepted cash (which I didn’t have), and my kids were so upset, but the staff ended up giving my kids a cookie at no cost!!! I would highly recommend everyone getting cookies or cakes at this location because they truly care! Thank y’all!“

“We tried to get the app to get food and when form was filled with our personal info.. it went to another site that was used to clean out our bank account. Bank is handling all the charges. “If you’re craving quality (but basic) ice cream, this is a great spot. They have a handful of flavors to choose from and a nice seating area behind the brewery. If you’re looking for a culinary experience, this is probably not the place you want to drive out for.“
